Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of cooperative scenario simulation training in junior nurse training in operating room. Methods Totally 58 junior nurses in the operating room of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University in 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Thirty nurses in the experimental group was trained by cooperative scenario simulation training method, while twenty-eight nurses in the control group was trained by traditional centralized teaching method.after the end of three months of training, compare the training effect of the two groups. Results The scores of operation skills and comprehensive ability of nurses in the experimental group (96.74±1.33, 95.33±1.14) were higher than those in the control group (88.52±1.23, 83.28±1.74), with statistically significant (all P 0.05). The satisfaction of nurses in the experimental group 90.0% (27/30), 90.0% (27/30) in enhancing communication ability and clarifying roles and responsibilities were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions The cooperative scenario simulation training method can improve the examination results of the operational skills and comprehensive ability of junior nurses in the operating room, and improve the satisfaction of nurses to the training. It is an effective clinical training method. Key words: Cooperative; Scenario simulation training; Operating room; Junior nurse
