Abstract

Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents. In the macro environment of the information age, the traditional human resource management mode cannot meet the requirements of enterprises in training organizational ability, technological innovation and acquiring, maintaining, motivating and evaluating talents. Human Resource Management Information System (HRMS) emerges as the times require on the basis of the application of new technology and the ever-developing human resource management theory.
