Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing after hemodialysis patients. Methods 198 patients taking hemodialysis at our hospital from January, 2016 to December, 2017 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group used conventional nursing methods. The observation group carried out comfortable nursing care on the basis of the control group. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The comfort degree and the scores of the social, physiological, and psychological dimensions were higher in the observation group than inthe control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing care in hemodialysis nursing care can improve the patients’ comfort and life quality. Key words: Comfort care; Hemodialysis
