Abstract

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in gynecological patients with laparoscopic operation, which to provide a comfortable, safe environment for patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic operation, make them be in good mood, improve the patient's recovery rate. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011 in the hospital 120 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into the observation and the control groups, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given comfort nursing, in the control group were given conventional nursing. In- hospital situation and satisfaction with nurses were compared between two groups. Results Gastrointestinal function recovery time, off- bed time, hospital stay of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, there were significant differences(P< 0.05). Satisfaction with nurses of the observation group was higher than that of control group(96.67% vs 83.33%, P<0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing for gynecologic patients with laparoscopic operation, not only could significantly shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, off- bed time and hospital stay, but also significantly improve patient satisfaction with health workers, Which not only could reduce the patient's pain and economic burden, create a good doctor- patient relationship, which is worth the clinical promotion.
