Abstract

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of clinical nursing pathway in acute myocardial infarction pre-hospital emergency. Methods A total of 68 patients of acute myocardial infarction were randomly assigned to receive emergency treatment of either conventional nursing process as the control group or clinical nursing pathway which was protocoled by their own hospital as the observation group. The primary endpoints were emergency reaction time, mortality and the complications. Results The emergency reaction time, mortality and the complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the 2 groups were of statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusions The application of the clinical nursing pathway in the pre-hospital emergency can not only shorten the reaction time of pre-hospital emergency, lower mortality, but also can effectively prevent or reduce nursing errors, and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
