Abstract

In the framework of this article, a clarification of such a concept as «artificial intelligence» is made, its functionality is investigated. Various conceptual approaches to the possibilities provided by artificial intelligence technologies are analyzed. A review of the legal regulators of the use of artificial intelligence in the real estate sector has been conducted and the legal aspects of the use of TT solutions in the real estate sector have been analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in the real estate sector are revealed. The issues related to the factors constraining the integration of AI technologies into the real estate sector were raised. Such factors may include technical limitations, legal restrictions, and privacy and personal data protection issues. The study is of interest to a wide range of specialists, including researchers in the fields of economics, law, real estate and information technology, as well as entrepreneurs. The results obtained in the work can serve as the basis for developing strategies for using artificial intelligence technology in the real estate sector in Russia and reforming legal and regulatory mechanisms to ensure the safety and efficiency of technology implementation.
