Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of regional differences in food consumption on the economy. Various factors that influence the diversity of food consumption in different regions, such as climatic conditions, cultural characteristics, economic level and availability of products, are considered. The impact of these differences on the development of the agricultural sector, trade and infrastructure is also being investigated. The use of artificial societies, in particular agent models, allows for a deeper and more detailed analysis of the impact of differences in consumption on the economy. These approaches take into account a wide range of factors and relationships between market participants, which may not be possible using traditional research methods. The use of agent models allows us to take into account the behavior of individual market participants, their interaction and adaptation to changing conditions. This makes it possible to more accurately assess the impact of regional differences in food consumption on the economy, predict the possible consequences of changes in consumption and develop strategies to optimize production and distribution of products. Analyzing the impact of regional differences in food consumption on the economy is an important step for developing effective agricultural, trade and infrastructure policies.
