Abstract
This paper presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process in the food safety evaluation. Under different quarters, the number of unqualified products of microbes, heavy metals, additives and other harmful substances in the food were discussed. Using the comprehensive evaluation index, it is measured to the annual food safety quality. Applying the comprehensive evaluation model and the food sampling observation data, we have the trend of food safety in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2012.
