This article takes the current situation of electronic document security management as the research background, and proposes a solution to securely manage electronic documents. Combine the technical theory of file management with the AES encryption algorithm, combine the theoretical principle of file management with the DES encryption algorithm, and use the characteristics of file management to make up for the defects of AES and DES algorithms to achieve better encryption effects and improve Difficulty of breaking secrets. At the same time, it takes into account file query and junk file disposal; through file remote transmission, secure communication between Internet users is realized.
