Abstract
Abstract The paper proposes an algorithm for estimating the physical parameters of piezoceramic materials obtained by the sintering technology. The task of analyzing the state of such materials is a modern actual material science problem. The efficiency of application of methods of acoustic microscopic flaw detection for the analysis of the structure of roller materials, determination of their density and porosity, optimization of annealing temperatures is demonstrated. It is shown that the measurement of a number of acoustic characteristics of piezoceramics allows us to determine the values of its electrical characteristics. To obtain the extreme values of the parameters, the methods of solving optimization problems are applied.
