Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of group discussion health education model in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients' rehabilitation nursing.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the test group(n =42) and the control group(n =48).The control group received routine health education,while test group adopted routine nursing and discussion health education method.Then evaluated the recognition of COPD rehabilitation therapy and oxygen therapy,behaviors,compliance of inspired oxygen before first discussion and after discharge three months.Results The recognition and behavior scores in test group were significantly higher than that in control group [(6.31 ± 3.60) vs (4.29 ± 5.48),(6.58 ±6.01) vs (4.05 ± 4.49) ; t =-2.04,-2.22,respectively; P ＜ 0.05].The compliance rate of inspired oxygen of test group was significantly higher than that of control group (92.9％ vs 60.4％,x2 =12.764,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The routine nursing and discussion health education method can improve the respiration rehabilitation nursing of patients with COPD,which is worthily recommended for the clinical application.
