Abstract
According to the problem existing in PBL teaching of biochemistry, we reformed teaching approach, adjusted curriculum content, reassembled teaching material system, emphasized clinical practice, strengthened the experiment technique, expanded open class, created essential condition, built independent learning atmosphere actively, which promoted teaching quality enormously and demonstrated great advantage of PBL teaching method. Meanwhile, it made the curriculum reform of biochemistry carried out deeply. Key words: Problem-based learning; Biochemistry; Curriculum reform; Teaching method
