Abstract
Based on analysis and comparison of some Information System Planning Methods, information systems of university are planned with BSP method and IRP method. With this planning, Identification Method of development target of university is proposed; university business model is made; data classes are defined; subsystem platforms are divided; and then Information System Overall Architecture of university are concluded.
