Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of guidewire location under molybde-num X-ray on resection of non-palpable breast lesions. Methods Eighty cases of abnomal mammography but unpalpable breast lumps between January 2011 and January 2013 in affiliated hospital of Binzhou medical college were collected,and the patients all received guidewire location under molybdenum X-ray and the lesions were all sent for postoperative pathological examination. Results Eighty lesions were de-fined as accurate and were completely resected,the overall success rate was 100. 0% . There were 9 ca-ses of breast cancer,4 cases of breast fibroma,2 cases of breast inflammation,5 cases of breast atypical hyperplasia,2 cases of intraductal papilloma,58 cases of breast hyperplasia with calcification,3 cases of fat necrosis. Conclusions The mammography X-ray-guided guidewire positioning can accurately locate breast subclinical lesions,and is conducive to early and accurate diagnosis of nonpalpable breast lesions, it can improve the clinical effect of surgical resection,so it should be widely appilicated.
