Hunger marketing strategies, attention to detail, and customer care foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. Apple’s products have evolved from tools to lifestyle and fashion accessories, and its iOS system is shaping a unique attitude towards life. Through the psychology of social identity, the study reveals how customer emotions are reflected in Apple’s brand marketing.
