Abstract
Abstract The insecticides were applied using 3 different air-blast machines and gallonages per acre. Each treatment was applied to a 4-tree plot in randomized block design with each plot consisting of the following cultivars: Delicious, Golden Delicious, Stayman and Rome Beauty. Each treatment was replicated 3 times. Data were collected form all cultivars. Materials were evaluated by counting infested leaves and injured apples/tree. A leaf was considered infested if it contained one or more live aphids.
