Abstract

The basis of thermodynamic methods is that temperature accuracy should be high. When choosing thermal transducers, you should be guided by the following requirements for measuring equipment, the performance of which allows you to successfully use thermodynamic methods for diagnosing hydraulic machines in real working conditions: • high output signal level; • minimal inertia of heat exchangers; • high stability during operation; • minimum dimensions of primary heat exchangers; • sensitivity to vibration and shock; • sensitivity to external electromagnetic fields; • ability to use serial measuring instruments. Keywords: hydraulics; hydromechanical losses; volumetric hydraulic devices; scheme of experimental device; thermoresistor; current-voltage characteristic; NTC thermistor; hydraulic machine
