Abstract
This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in internalizing Islamic character values, the form of Islamic character values, evaluating the success of internalizing Islamic character values and supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic religious education teachers in internalizing Islamic character values in Pure Intelligent Junior High School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data that has been collected through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study are: a) The way Islamic Religious Education teachers internalize Islamic character values; b) The form of Islamic character values; c) The way Islamic Religious Education teachers evaluate the success of the Internalization of Islamic character values; d) Supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in internalizing Islamic character values.
