espanolEl presente articulo es una sintesis del pensamiento filosofico, antropologico y juridico del hermeneuta mexicano Mauricio Beuchot. Trata de la postura teorica de la hermeneutica analogica, sobre la antropologia filosofica del derecho mediante el estudio del sujeto, la persona, la intencionalidad, las virtudes, la analogia, el univocismo, el equivocismo y la cuestion juridica. Para ello, critica las posiciones absolutistas y relativistas, manifestadas en el positivismo juridico y la postmodernidad. EnglishThis article is a synthesis of the philosophical, anthropological and le-gal thinking of the Mexican hermeneut Mauricio Beuchot. It deals with the theoretical position of analogical hermeneutics, on the philosophical anthropology of law through the study of the subject, the person, intentionality, virtues, analogy, univocism, equivocation and the legal question. For this, he criticizes the absolutist and relativist positions, manifested in legal positivism and postmodernism.
