Abstract
The possibility of using pinostrobin oxime and caper extract to decrease the intensity of lipid peroxidation and endointoxication in rats with chronic acetate ulcer is studied. It is found that the studied substances decrease the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes and the level of medium-molecular-weight (MMW) complexes in the blood of experimental animals.

Èçó÷åíà âîçìîæíîñòü ïðèìåíåíèÿ îêñèìà ïèíîñòðîáèíà è ýêñòðàêòà êàïåðñà êîëþ÷åãî äëÿ ñíèæåíèÿ èíòåíñèâíîñòè ïåðåêèñíîãî îêèñëåíèÿ ëèïèäîâ (ÏÎË) è ýíäîãåííîé èíòîêñèêàöèè ó êðûñ ïðè õðîíè÷åñêîé àöåòàòíîé ÿçâå æåëóäêà. Êëþ÷åâûå ñëîâà: îêñèì ïèíîñòðîáèíà, ýêñòðàêò êàïåðñà êîëþ÷åãî, àíòèòîêñè÷åñêèå ñâîéñòâà, àíòèîêñèäàíòíûå ñâîéñòâà. Îäíèì èç âàæíûõ ïàòîãåíåòè÷åñêèõ ìåõàíèçìîâ ýðîçèâíîãî ïîðàæåíèÿ ñëèçèñòîé îáîëî÷êè æåëóäêà (ÑÎÆ) ÿâëÿåòñÿ îêèñëèòåëüíûé ñòðåññ, âûðàæàþùèéñÿ â óñêîðåíèè ïåðåêèñíîãî îêèñëåíèÿ ëèïèäîâ (ÏÎË) è ñíèæåíèè àíòèîêñèäàíòíîé ñèñòåìû êðîâè.
