Abstract
Abstract We present here an interesting case of antimyelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-positive atypical optic neuritis (ON) mimicking as arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. The aim of the report is to focus on the rare presentation of atypical ON which can create a diagnostic dilemma. The case focuses on the role of clinical acumen and an aggressive approach toward these cases.
