Abstract
Abstract The structures of new antifungal diterpenic esters, isolated from Boletinus cavipes , have been established by chemical and spectral means. They were shown to be diterpenic esters of 16-hydroxygeranylgeraniol and mesaconic and/or fumaric acid. They inhibited Cladosporium cucumerinum spore formation in a TLC bioassay.
