Abstract
The paper presents results of a study of antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ' field isolates taken from exotic and ornamental birds during 2014-2016. The findings suggest that meropenem is a highly efficient antibiotic for therapy of Pseudomonas infection due to absolute sensitivity of isolates to the antibiotic. In addition to meropenem, revealed high sensitivity of isolates to sizomitsin, tobramycin, imipenem, azithromycin, norfloxacin, pefloxacin and ciprofloxacin. Number of isolates susceptible to the aforementioned antibacterial measures 72,34-97,87%.
