Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the antecedents of knowledge-sharing behavior in students in Jakarta with a planned behavior theory approach. Sampling by convenience sampling method is done. A total of 285 students were then the results of filling out questionnaires analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The use of structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study found that knowledge-sharing intentions and subjective norms mediated the relationship between student attitudes and knowledge-sharing behaviors. Then, student attitudes and subjective norms have a significant effect on knowledge sharing intentions and knowledge-sharing behaviors. This research has limitations on the scope of students who are in Jakarta as well as the sampling methods used.
