Abstract
Inadvertent coverage of the renal arteries is a potential risk of endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) for an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Open conversion and the chimney technique have been the bailout options to rescue the covered arteries, with different advantages and limitations. This report describes the successful reconstruction of both renal arteries using an antegrade in situ needle assisted fenestration technique as an alternative.
