Abstract
This study presents a robust model to help understand the voluntary performance of military personnel. Specifically, this investigation empirically tested the following analytical framework: the relationships between employee relationship satisfaction, trust and employee voluntary performance. Based on the LISREL model, this study used the LISREL model to demonstrate that transformational leadership both directly and indirectly influenced the voluntary performance of employees mediated via follower trust and relationship satisfaction in their leader. The results showed that transformational leadership directly influences satisfaction, while transformational leadership directly influences trust. Notably, trust directly and considerably influences employee voluntary performance. This research consequence indicates that trust significantly influences employee voluntary performance.
