Abstract
4Department of Family Practice, Virtua Memorial Hospital of Burlington County, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060. e report the clinical, CT, and MRI findings of an intermittently symptomatic elderly woman with the rare congenital syndrome of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) with marked intercoronary collateral arteries and retrograde filling of the left coronary arterial system. To our knowledge, this finding as seen on MRI has not been reported in the literature.
