Abstract
In the scope of verification of administrative decisions relating to the implementation of the effect of the nationalization of Warsaw real estate after World War II, Polish legislative introduced a number of instruments of a procedural inscribing into the traditional catalogue of extraordinary modes of verification of administrative decisions. One of such instruments was the annulment of the administrative decision introduced into a specific arsenal of legal means available to the Warsaw’s Real Estate Commission. Annulment of the decision by the Warsaw’s Real Estate Reprivatisation Commission is the extraordinary verification issue like special administrative decision described in art. 156 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
