Abstract

Firstly, from the perspective of safe operation of electric power network, the maximum PV access capacity of the nodes in the electric power network is obtained based on the annual time-series simulation evaluation, and the variation law of the maximum PV access capacity of the nodes and the factors limiting PV access are further analyzed. Later, considering that the maximum access capacity configuration of photovoltaics is too conservative, it is difficult to obtain the desired return. To maximize the benefits, this paper proposes a mode of planning PV power stations based on the optimal capacity, and a life-cycle profit evaluation model of PV power stations considering the light abandoned is established. According to this model, the optimal PV capacity that maximizes the power station revenue is obtained through evaluation, and sensitivity analysis of the factors influencing the optimal capacity is conducted. The simulation results show that although there is a certain amount of abandoned light in PV construction based on the optimal capacity, the economic efficiency will still be significantly improved compared with the traditional maximum access capacity construction scheme.
