Abstract

Annealing of the defects in fast-neutron irradiated 90 K and 60 K phases of YBa 2Cu 3O x ceramics was studied. The samples were annealed in various temperatures in the range of 340–740°C, using one of two atmospheres: oxygen or argon. The influence of annealing on intra- and intergrain properties was studied by means of DC magnetization and microwave-absorption measurements.
