Abstract
À travers la rencontre d’Anna Banti – écrivaine et historienne d’art du 20e siècle – et Artemisia Gentileschi – peintre du 17e siècle ¯, dans l’un des romans de la première, Artemisia, Emanuela Genesio s’interroge sur la complexité des échanges entre écriture et peinture. En effet, la romancière fait appel à la littérature pour parler d’art, tout en s’appuyant sur la peinture pour faire récit, en même temps qu’elle imbrique son autobiographie à la biographie du peintre.
