Abstract

The dynamics of complex processes of change, transformation or social readjustment constitute essential features that characterize the contemporary world, in this context, education is structured around four basic pillars that today's society demands: learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together and learn to be. It is worth mentioning that there is a problem of desertion and failure at the higher level, this situation is worrying and it is possible that it is related to the teaching styles of the teacher. Therefore, it will be necessary to carry out the present investigation since it could serve as a basis for later studies that allow in turn to identify the relationship of the teacher's teaching styles with the failure rates, for this an instrument is necessary that validates said assumption.
