Abstract

We have measured the angle dependence of magneto-resistivity for pure Bi 2Sr 2CaCu 2O 8+δ single crystals with various oxygen contents. Blatter's scaling rule was applied to estimate the anisotropy γ in the superconducting state. With reducing oxygen content, obtained γ increases in proportional to the square root of the ϱ c at just above T c . These results can be quantitatively explained by the Lawrence Doniach model. However, the obtained γ has a temperature dependence, which suggests anomalous effect on the interlayer coupling η near T c .
