Angular bone-cutting forceps for rhinoplasty.

Abstract

In rhinoplasty after the bony hump has been removed, the nasal processes of the maxillae are displaced mesially to obliterate the gap between the nasal bones. The surgeon not infrequently finds on approximation that the nasal bones are asymmetric or that they project beyond the planned profile line, producing a new hump.
