Aneurysm Sac Dynamics and Midterm Outcomes Following Complex Aortic Endovascular Aneurysm Repair

Abstract

Endovascular treatment is increasingly being used as the preferred technique to treat complex abdominal aortic aneurysms (cAAAs). Although sac dynamics have shown to be a reliable indicator of successful treatment in infrarenal EVAR, less is known regarding sac dynamics and midterm outcomes following fenestrated and branched endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR and BEVAR). In this study, we assessed sac dynamics and midterm outcomes following these treatments.
