Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing methods of cesarean section patients during anesthesia ,and improve obstetric care for maternal and child health model. Methods Select 2007-2008 the patients of our hospital with normal blood pressure,pulse, respiration, body temperature who were operated cesarean section to be randomly divided into two groups, control group (n=100) received routine care, the observation group(n=100) based on the routine care, according to characteristics of cesarean section anesthesia, in a targeted manner with the use of anesthesia care. Two groups of patients into the operating room were given signs monitoring and observation and record-related projects, comparative studies, to reflect the effect of the observation group of nursing mothers. Results The operation time course [ (24±6) min vs (18±3) min ], bleeding volume, pain scores, neonate asphyxia in observe group are obviously lower than those in control group. Satisfaction of patients in observe groups is significantly higher(99% vs 85% )(P＜0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia nursing using in cesarean section can improve maternal comfort and satisfaction, and reduce side effects and ensure the safety.
