Abstract

Objective To analyze the hemodynamic changes of pregnant women with cesarean section after combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 105 cases of hypertensive cesarean section in Weihui Hospital of Traditional Clinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups by random number table, the 52 patients in the control group were treated with continuous epidural anesthesia, and the 53 cases in the observation group were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, hemodynamic changes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the excellent rate was 94.34%, which was higher than that(80.77%) in the control group (P<0.05). The neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate improvement of the observation group were better than those of the control group after anesthesia(P<0.05). Conclusions Combined spinal and epidural anesthesia can effectively stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate in cesarean section of pregnant women with hypertension. The effect of anesthesia is remarkable, and the body condition of the newborns is better. Key words: Combined spinal epidural anesthesia; Pregnancy induced hypertension; Cesarean section; Hemodynamics
