Abstract
This study aims to determine the development of interactive multimedia based on Android using the Adobe Flash CS6 application in integrated thematic learning in class V Elementary School that is valid and practical. The type of research is R&D development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur. The data collection instruments used were expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires. The results in the study indicate that android-based interactive multimedia using the Adobe Flash CS6 application is valid and practical to use in learning Theme 7 grade V elementary school with a percentage of validity by media experts 94.28%, material experts 90.67%, linguists 94.28% , the practicality of the teacher is 92.5% and the practicality of the students is 96.66%
