Abstract
The most challenging step during endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm can be contralateral gate (CLG) cannulation. After reviewing the literature, we present ten important tips and tricks to facilitate CLG cannulation, decrease radiation exposure and prevent maldeployment. This review summarizes some known techniques and other new ones and can be a good guide for vascular and interventional trainees.
