Introduction

Today's supply chain management has become more complex with economics and market dynamics which the organization needs to respond to the fierce business situation. The reduction of costs and wastes, including quickly responding to the market and customer, is one of the most necessary for business success in competitive situations of this era. The agile concept can enhance companies as leaders in a competitive market with volatile customer requirements [1]. Lean originated from the Toyota Production System (TPS), which is called Just-in-Time (JIT). It relies on the concept of waste minimization to enhance supply chains to overcome inefficiencies and reduce waste. It focuses on determining inefficiencies of activities in the supply chain process and eliminating such efficiencies activities to improve the organization's performance [2]
