Abstract

The present investigation embodies the flexural behavior of Reinforced Geopolymer Concrete (RGPC) beams with different percentages of GGBS and Metakaolin cured under ambient temperature with 10 molar NaOH. Twelve reinforced concrete beams of size 700 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm were tested. The beams were tested under two point bending system over an effective span of 700 mm. The behavior was studied with reference to ultimate load. The results were found to be similar to that of conventional cement concrete reinforced beams.
