Abstract

Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Dokter (UKMPPD) is an exit exam in medical education. If the participants did not pass this test, it turned out to cause the accumulation of the number of retakers from time to time. This study aims to the analysis of the predictors of the achievement of the results of the CBT UKMPPD which includes the value of report cards, TPA, MMPI, and Read and Write the Quran, GPA stage of academic education, GPA stage of the education profession, and the results of the CBT Pre-UKMPPD. This research is a quantitative analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample is selected using the total sampling method on the first taker's students for August 2020-May 2021 that have complete data. The number of students of the first taker who follow the CBT UKMPPD period of August 2020 – May 2021 is 134 people consisting of 88 people Force 2014 and 46 people Force 2015. The results of the value of report cards and GPA academic correlates strongly with correlation >0.6, and the results of the TPA, the GPA of the Profession, and the CBT Pre- UKMPPD are not associated strongly with correlation <0.6. The results of the analysis chi-square on the MMPI and BTQ do not indicate a strong relationship to the results of the CBT UKMPPD. Conclusion of this study prove that the value of report cards and academic GPA have a strong relationship that can be used as a predictor of graduation CBT UKMPPD.
