Abstract
The skin effect problem is solved analytically in the case when the electron-electron collisions start to affect the properties of the Maxwell plasma. A two-parameter kinetic equation taking into account these collisions is used. Some analytic expressions are obtained for the electric field, the distribution function of electrons, and the impedance, which take the collisions into consideration. An analysis of the impedance near the plasma resonance is carried out.
