Abstract

Objective To understand the cognitive status of patients on the advantages and disadvantages of infusion was understood, and to analyze the factors influencing the understanding degree of patients on the advantages and disadvantages of infusion through the investigation of outpatient patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 356 outpatient transfusion patients by random sampling.The questionnaire included general information questionnaire and questionnaire on the understanding of infusion. SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis. Statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results The total score of 356 infusion patients was averaged (21.59±3.21)ponits. 88.5% of outpatients scored 30 points or less. It showed that the knowledge of infusion is not good. Logistic regression analysis showed that education level, age and knowledge of transfusion popularization were important factors influencing the understanding degree of outpatients. Conclusions The higher the education level of outpatients, the better the economic conditions of the place of residence, and the more opportunities to obtain information.The more times and channels of receiving infusion related knowledge, the higher the degree of understanding of infusion.Outpatients' understanding of transfusion related knowledge needs to be strengthened, and more efforts should be made to popularize science, so that people can correctly understand the advantages and disadvantages of intravenous infusion, so as to choose the right medication method.
