Analysis on the Application of Computer Information Technology in the Community's Response to the COVID-19 ‐‐ Take Big Data as an Example

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 broke out and spread rapidly in a short period of time. It has a serious impact on global political, economic and social stability. It has become a major public health incident that needs to be resolved urgently. With the development of computer information technology, big data provides a good technical way to prevent and respond to public crises. In the “Recent Work Plan for Prevention and Control of the COVID-19” promulgated by the State Council, it is pointed out that all localities should make full use of “big data + grid” and other means to do a good job in epidemic monitoring, detection, investigation, and early warning. Based on the background of the COVID-19, this article fully studies the application of computer technology in the community's response to new crown pneumonia and the existing problems, and is committed to improving the ability of computer technology to help solve public crises, giving full play to the convenient and efficient advantages of computer technology, and using computer information technology to build Co-build and share data network covering the whole country. The introduction of big data methods and means into the field of public management is an inevitable way to realize management modernization and an inevitable trend in the era of big data.
