Abstract
目的 研究患者住院期间陪住家属的焦虑情绪,分析焦虑的影响因子,以寻求帮助,减轻患者家属焦虑的应对措施,为患者争取救治机会,为临床护理工作提供新的工作内涵.方法 以随机抽样的原则调查住院患者陪住家属70名,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自制问卷进行逐人评定.结果 病人家属焦虑分高于常模(P＜0.01),影响焦虑情绪主要与家属性格,与患者关系,患者预后恢复程度,家庭经济情况等因素有关.结论 患者家属的焦虑情绪发生率受多因素影响,应有针对性给予适当护理措施。
