Abstract

With the transition of China's higher education from elite education to mass education,many medical colleges set up the specialty of medical imaging blindly, which leads to the decrease of medical imaging professional graduate employment rate. Unreasonable specialty setup, the systemic defect, high expectations of students and male preference become the main reasons of the medical imaging professional graduate unemployment. Under such circumstances, taking the medical imaging of Taishan Medical University as an example, the paper discussed how to take effective measures through the government, schools and students, to increase the employment rate.
