Abstract
The aim of this study is to research of the effect on different sources of information on consumers' perception of food safety risks to the level of consumers' perceived risk. This study through the questionnaire survey, using ID3 algorithm to do analysis. The results showed that consumers' food safety risk perception level was generally high, which adopted by the government and experts to get information was the highest. Finally, combining the research results were presented to suggestions of reducing consumers' perceived risk levels.
