Abstract

The reform of collective construction land entering the market is an important measure to assist rural revitalization. Starting from the background of the reform, this article briefly describes the policy evolution of collective construction land entering the market, summarizes the experience since its entry into the market, and takes Yucheng, Shandong, one of the reform pilot cities, as an example to analyze the mode and effectiveness of the reform, and proposes policy suggestions for improving the reform of collective construction land entering the market.
