Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of humanistic nursing on the perioperative patients with intracranial aneurysm.Methods 104 patients with intracranial aneurysm were selected in our hospital randomly divided to observation group and control group with 52 cases in each group,the patients in the observation group were given system of intracranial aneurysm clipping operation of perioperative nursing intervention,while in the control group,only treated with routine nursing during operation period,the quality of life (QOL),satisfaction,rehabilitation period and complications of both groups were compared.Results According to percentile calculation,the average QOL for patients in the observation group was (98.45 ± 10.53),while the control group was (96.22 ± 9.54),there was no statistical significant difference (P>0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 98.08%,while it was 94.23% in the control group,there was no statistical significant difference (P>0.05).The rehabilitation period and the complication rate of the observation group were (13.14 ± 2.46) days and 36.54%,respectively,while they were (19.32 ± 3.21) days and 65.38% in the control group,there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Giving the humanistic nursing measures in intracranial aneurysm can shorten the rehabilitation period and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications,has important clinical significance for prognosis.
